Usage Tips
Cure before use rinse, apply oil, rest 24 hrs, rinse again, boil water once, cook on low flame, avoid sudden heat.
Cure before use (if not pre-cured): Soak in water for 2–3 days, oil it, then heat gradually.
Use on gas stove or wood fire with low flame; not suitable for induction or microwave.
Use on low to medium flame.
Add oil to each pit before pouring batter.
Avoid metal spoons, sudden temperature changes, and dishwashers.
Clean with mild soap or lemon-salt mix. Dry completely.
